Republic Crypto offers Web3 advisory services, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset management to enterprises and Web3 ventures. Our services aim to assist companies through our vertically integrated products, including technical advisory, Web3 strategy, token engineering, technical implementation, and token public offerings. 

 

We're looking for someone to join the Republic Advisory Services team! You’ll join our team to source deals, facilitate due diligence, and lead business development to achieve our growth initiatives. You’ll gain unique exposure to the crypto, startup, and VC investment ecosystem while developing relationships and business skills invaluable to any high-growth company. 

What you’ll do

  • Source & manage inbound for high-quality leads taking the initiative to explain our services and running meetings 
  • Source & manage inbound for high-quality issuers with compelling assets for security tokenization and investment on the Republic platform across multiple asset classes: startups, real estate, SMBs, music, film, etc. 
  • Support engagement managers to coordinate meetings with clients in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Coordinate a complex, highly-regulated deal flow process with other departments (legal, compliance, marketing, customer success, operations, finance).
  • Support engagement managers to drive clients through our due diligence process, maintaining track of new deal flow and scheduling follow-up meetings
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and education materials for tokenized offerings 
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead––for clients & team –– managing relationships with ecosystem partners to increase our network reach.

Our ideal candidate

  • Experienced—You have 2+ years of project management-focused experience at a high-growth startup or in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, crypto projects, or other institutional sales.
  • Passion for fintech or crypto – You have a demonstrated interest in the crypto industry. Experience using Dapps, DEXs, and Crypto Wallets is appreciated.
  • Strong communicator – You will be actively communicating and managing tasks with our internal team and external stakeholders. 
  • Organizational superpowers – You can manage multiple workflows, maintain a tight control of your inbox, and lead clients through every stage of the process.
  • Get it done attitude – You are scrappy, resourceful, and relentless, doing what needs to be done to drive success for your team and for the business.

A qualified candidate, based in New York City, can expect a base salary of $100,000-$120,000. A standard offer from Republic includes base compensation, equity options, and a highly competitive benefits and perks package. Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among our team.
